5-4-3-2-1 website photography service
1-2-3-4-5 and 5-4-3-2-1 came from the development of property portal Homm and property image system aHouse.
We needed a way for featuring companies, for example estate agents and property developers.
We wanted a way to detect whether sites are actually available and being developed - and the best way seemed to be to snapshoot sites, combined with visiting the links.
Website photography is a bit like taking pictures of the real world, sites change and evolve.
We have a photographic server which shoots websites every few months - or when a user clicks a screeenshot image - or the Refresh option, up to 1 shoot per day.
A better way is to feature our screenshots on your website with the format:
<img src='https://1-2-3-4-5.com/s?url=website (not http://)'> /s - small /t - tiny /m - medium /l - large
We call what we do 'website photography' because we don't simply screenshoot, we actually try to get the best screenshot of each and every site. We are actually human, seeking quality rather than quantity.
We detect changes in how sites look over months, days or even seconds - and we store a history of shots.
We shoot sites at intervals that depend on how much they tend to change. Alternatively when users click on any screenshot image.
After every screenshot WebEpic automatically visits each website to download title, meta data and social links.
WEBZOOM
WebZoom allows you to zoom in to WebEpic screenshots to highlight parts.
